Our first baby and the brand that put us on the map - SorBabes is a reinvented, innovative twist on sorbet as you know it, with wildly flavorful dipped frozen fruit bars in an array of bold, tropical, and indulgent flavors.
Since our farmer's market start in 2012, co-founders Nicole Cardone and professionally trained chef Deborah Gorman have been crafting soft, creamy sorbets made with real fruits and nut butters. We successfully launched and grew our original sorbet pints from farmers markets to thousands of national retailers, and in 2021 made the pivot from pints to novelty pops, creating our best-selling line of flavor dipped crunch bars, featuring soft sorbet centers enveloped in candylike shells with crunchy inclusions. All our flavors are 100% vegan and plant-based, as sorbet naturally is, for a flavorful, creamy treat that will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about sorbet.
